Block printing has always been a favorite art activity at Al-Waha, for both its simplicity and beautiful results. Each villager is given tracing paper, a pencil, cutting tools, a linoleum block, and a license to let their imagination run wild. We ended up with floral designs, geometric motifs, personal messages (in English and Arabic!), and even a model of the universe!
